I just posted this in the OpenNTF.org IP Working Group Forum: So here are the slides that show all of the resolutions that I will be bringing up to the Steering Committee for voting tomorrow. I think we have made some amazing progress, but this is not the end by any means. Please feel free to contribute your ideas and thoughts - we can make more refinements and improvements as time goes on. Please - if there is something you don't see, please don't fret! The journey is just beginning! I want to thank everyone for sticking with this. I am super pleased on our progress and excited about the work we still have to do. Thank You! I have posted the exact slides I am going to be using for the voting process here - so there is no issue with transparency (thanks for the suggestions Declan!). July 11 2009So this marks the beginning of my 35th year on the Earth. I always look forward to my birthday - I use July 11th as a point to reflect on my goals and progress. I am really happy about how the past year has gone for me. Lots of successes and a few chances to learn from mistakes. As my professional career morphs from pure consultant to something more - I am doing more and more business development and relationship building than ever before - I am excited about every day. I can honestly say that working at PSC is the best professional experience I have ever had. Working with Alex and the rest of the Collaboration team at PSC is something I see as a blessing. I also am learning more and more from the rest of the folks at PSC. Special thanks to John Q and RJ for really helping me focus and strengthen skills I have - but must improve. Much of what is going on in my head, in terms of reflection and planning, will stay personal - but I truly love where I am in life today. Professionally and P

Dream Theater’s "Black Clouds & Silver Linings" sells 40,000 copies in it’s first week, places in top 10 of US Charts
July 1 2009So pretty cool news for Dream Theater: The new album from DREAM THEATER, entitled "Black Clouds & Silver Linings", sold 40,000 copies in the United States in its first week of release to land at position No. 6 on The Billboard 200 chart. Commented DREAM THEATER drummer Mike Portnoy: "This is truly amazing.... that after almost 25 years together, this band is still growing and progressing and doing bigger and better numbers than ever... I can't think of many bands that can claim that. Plus — a progressive metal album with four songs over 12 minutes in the U.S. Top 10??? (wedged between JONAS BROTHERS, EMINEM and HANNAH MONTANA!) Hell must've frozen over!!!! (This must be a first of its kind...)" DREAM THEATER's last CD, "Systematic Chaos", opened with 36,000 units in 2007 to enter The Billboard 200 chart at No. 19. 2005's "Octavarium" premiered with 27,000 copies to debut at No. 36. In addition to the standard-version CD, DREAM THEATER's tenth studio album, "Black Clouds & Si
